Open your project once while connected to initialise the cache. After that, ProPlot works fully offline. If you access an uncached project offline, you'll see a clear message prompting you to connect first.
How long can I work offline?
Indefinitely. There's no time limit on offline operation. Photos and data accumulate in the local filesystem. The sync queue processes everything when you reconnect — whether that's minutes or days later.
What about managing subcontractors without leaving the plot?
Queue shares offline. When signal returns, send trade-filtered WhatsApp links directly from ProPlot. Contractors access their portal from any device. You manage everything from the field without walking back to the site office.
